Your child’s initial evaluation includes:

• A thorough review of school records, clinical notes, lab results, and neuropsychological reports
   
• Developmental and neurocognitive testing, as appropriate for your child
   
• A clear diagnostic summary and a written report
   
• A virtual feedback session with parents to discuss findings and next steps
   

The total fee for an initial evaluation is $870.

Already have a diagnosis? 

For families who can provide supporting documentation of an existing diagnosis, we offer a streamlined initial evaluation tailored to their needs.

The fee for a streamlined evaluation is $650.

For children starting a new medication, those requiring ongoing adjustments, and those on maintenance therapy needing regular monitoring.

After your child’s initial evaluation, we’re here to support your family with flexible follow-up options based on your child’s needs.
