Follow-Up Care

Families enrolled in the monthly follow-up plan receive:
 

• Direct access via phone, text, or email — when questions arise, you don’t have to wait for your next visit
   
• Coordination of care with your child’s school, therapists, and other providers
   
• Review of educational and medical records to support IEPs and other service planning
   
• Opportunities for in-depth discussions during extended appointments, when needed
   
• Flexibility to schedule brief telehealth check-ins as your child’s needs evolve
   
• Timely feedback and updates through written reports and communication with parents
   
• A trusted partner to help navigate your child’s developmental and behavioral care journey

• Medication management for new medications or those requiring ongoing adjustments and regular monitoring
   
• Brief telehealth check-ins, as needed (an additional $75 per visit)
   
• 45-minute follow-up appointments, as needed (an additional $150 per visit)

For children on stable maintenance medication requiring only refills, or who are not taking medications:

• Comprehensive 60-minute visit
   
• IEP reviews, document reviews, letters, and referrals
   
• Prescription refills for up to 4 months (if applicable)
